If you don't have an online shop already, Monster Market also has an excellent ecommerce website partner in Tiger Commerce which means that you can be sure that you have the best in class ecommerce functionality (search engine optimisation, shop management and marketing tools) for your online shop. The Tiger Commerce platform comes complete with eBay Integration... you may already be an eBay seller or alternatively you might want to try the eBay channel for selling the products from your Monster shop. That's not a problem as the Tiger Commerce software is integrated and allows you to sell any or all of your products through eBay. You can select products you want to put onto eBay from your shop catalogue and then choose the type of auction you want to sell the product under, the appropriate eBay catgegory and price. All other pieces of information required such as the product's description, images and shipping terms are automatically propagated into the auction item by the software.

Monster Market has many products available from a wide range of suppliers who source quality items from house-hold name manufacturers such as Sony, Impossipuzzle, JVC, G-Shock etc. You may notice that other dropshipping companies struggle to get such established brands.

We vet all our suppliers and meet with them to ensure that they match our criteria in terms of the product quality and the ability to provide the required service standards (stocking, despatch and shipping). We are constantly sourcing new wholesale suppliers to extend our product catalogues into new areas or to offer alternative suppliers in existing categories.

If you haven't already got an online shop, it doesn't take long at all. The actual online shop takes less than 60 seconds to generate via our Shop Builder tool. You will need to customise your shop (the Tiger Commerce software is very easy to use) with your own design (shop logo, colours, layout etc.) and then upload the product information and images that you purchase. Please be reassured that this is not difficult and you don't need technical skills. You can access Tiger Commerce's video tutorials, user guides or use our support service. There is no reason why you couldn't be up and running within 1-5 days… quicker if you put the time into it.

We have put a lot of effort into selecting suppliers and catalogues with excellent product ranges that will sell well online. One of the things you should bear in mind is that in order to make your online shop work as well as possible you should focus on the quality of the look and feel of your shop and the content pages of your shop. We supply you with the product catalogue(s) and the ecommerce website (if needed), but you need to make sure that you optimise all the software features to ensure that the traffic that you drive to your site via your marketing efforts will convert into lots of orders!

The success of your home business will depend on how much time and effort you are prepared to put into marketing your shop via the search engines. There are a number of different tools you can use - Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), paid search or Pay-Per-Click (PPC) marketing and social media marketing. The orders won't flow unless you put effort into your marketing.

When you receive an order, the transaction process will take place through your online shop or your markekplace account. This means that you need to then tell us that you've sold an item and would like it despatched to your customer.

To do this, locate the item that you have sold in the Monster Market shop and then simply purchase it as you would normally puchase any other item from an online shop but following these important steps:

1) Find the item(s) that you have sold in the Monster Market shop
2) Add the item(s) to the shopping cart.
3) Go to the Basket and/or click Checkout.
4) Log in to your account using the details sent to you by Monster Market when you purchased your license.
5) After login click 'Add/Manage Address(es)' against Delivery Address and then enter your new Customer's Name and Delivery Address.
6) Finally, confirm payment to complete the order.

After the funds have cleared for the item, we will despatch the items as normal to your customer. The Monster Market machine kicks into action and deals with the whole delivery process for you. We receive the order details then send out the item(s) on the same day (if order is received before 2:00pm). The order, dependent on the supplier, will then be with your customer the next working day. We then update you on the order status to let you know that everything has been despatched all ok.

For each product in each catalogue you will see exactly how much commission you earn. The good news is that your earnings aren't capped by anything or anyone. The amount you earn is proportionate to the time and effort you invest into promoting your products. The more time and effort spent on aspects of your marketing will ultimately mean more sales for you. Just to help give you some idea on your potential earnings, look at the example below which includes selling through a Tiger Commerce shop:

You effectively receive your commission the moment that the funds clear for any Monster Market goods you sell. This is the difference between your selling price (via your online shop or marketplace) and the trade price you pay for purchasing the goods through Monster Market. Delivery charges are included in the prices that you pay to Monster Market.

Yes you can. Lowering the product prices means that you are more competitive in the marketplace and this can make you more attractive to prospective customers. However, be careful not to lower them too much as whatever you lower your prices by, the commission you receive will decrease respectively.

We are constantly in touch with our suppliers and will keep you up to date with special offers, price changes and any new products in the range via the Monster Market website. All price changes will be updated on the website as soon as we receive updates from the suppliers but ultimately, it is your responsibility to check these prices regularly.

The delivery costs are included in the product prices meaning that you don't have to worry about applying these costs to the delivery settings in your shop / marketplace. If you wanted to, you could charge delivery to make a little more commission - however, we advise not to increase this as zero delivery charges are very attractive to prospective customers.

For every order made on the Monster Market website, a small Order Processing Fee is applied. Monster Market uses a network of suppliers and this fee is to cover the cost of placing orders with them, dealing with any returns, if any, and offering alternative products when products are out of stock or awaiting stock on the Monster Market customer's behalf.

The whole fulfilment process is handled by Monster Market. This includes receiving the order details, packing the goods and then despatching to the customer the next working day. All Orders are sent out recorded post, so that there is a signature on receipt.

Delivery of Orders

All orders will be despatched within 2 working days of receiving the order. If the order is received before 2:00pm, it typically is despatched on the same day (but not guaranteed).

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Delivery is typically next working day subject to availability and time order is received. However, delivery may take up to five working days.

Once orders have been despatched, the package is the responsibility of the Courier Provider. Whilst we will endeavour to ensure your parcel(s) reaches your customer in time (and in good condition), on occasions delays do occur for which we cannot be held accountable.

We do not deliver over bank holiday periods.

Returns

The customer will be provided with 'Returns details' on their despatch note to contact us if they would like to return an item. If customers would like to return an item, they have 28 days to do so.

The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.

If the customer would like a refund instead of a replacement, a full refund will be issued (upon collecting returned and undamaged products by the customer) and your commission for the sale won't be paid.

When a supplier of Monster Market is not able to supply a product anymore, it will be removed from the Monster Market website. You should remove the product from your shop / marketplace at the earliest convenience as any orders made after the notice period will not be fulfilled and no commission will be paid. All product changes will be updated on the website as soon as we receive updates from the suppliers but ultimately, it is your responsibility to check the products regularly.

We take a lot of care in selecting our suppliers. For example, we have been asked by manufacturers in Korea and China to promote their products. Initially the pricing was very attractive, but on further investigation we found either the quality of merchandise was substandard or the company had poor credentials. We also endeavour to have more than one supplier for each product range, this makes negotiating prices easier and provides a back-up should a supplier go out of business.

You should be aware that if you need to set up an online shop to sell Monster Market products (rather than using a marketplace) you will need a payment gateway solution to process orders. Tiger Commerce clients are recommended to use one of PayPoint.net's payment solutions. Speak to Tiger Commerce about any promotional deals that PayPoint is currently offering to Tiger Commerce clients.

No. Monster Market does not require you to enter any contract.

The Monster Market License is a one-off purchase and does not require any contract. This license then gives you the right to sell the products in association with Monster Market for a 3 month period.

Users of the Tiger Commerce platform have to pay a £17.99 /month subscription fee on a pay-as-you-go basis but can terminate the subscription at any time.
