Delivery & Returns

Products Sourced from Monster Market & Sold to your Customer

The whole fulfilment process is handled by Monster Market. This includes receiving the order details, packing the goods and then despatching to the customer the next working day. All Orders are sent out recorded post, so that there is a signature on receipt.

Delivery of Orders
All orders will be despatched within 2 working days of receiving the order. If the order is received before 2:00pm, it typically is despatched on the same day (but not guaranteed).

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Delivery is typically next working day subject to availability and time order is received. However, delivery may take up to five working days.

Once orders have been despatched, the package is the responsibility of the Courier Provider. Whilst we will endeavour to ensure your parcel(s) reaches your customer in time (and in good condition), on occasions delays do occur for which we cannot be held accountable.

We do not deliver over bank holiday periods.

Returns
The customer will be provided with 'Returns details' on their despatch note to contact Monster Market if they would like to return an item. If customers would like to return an item, they have 28 days to do so.

The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.

If the customer would like a refund instead of a replacement, a full refund will be issued and your commission for the sale won't be paid.
